Not only we still don't know the delivery date (10 days after we paid for it), but also their customer service representatives are not even bothered to write one full line in their communication. I sent them a very politely email, explaining the situation and asking if they knew the delivery date, but all I got in return was "This is a pre-order for June." from somebody named Jill Thacker. We've been shopping a lot at our local BHS store, but I don't think I will ever want to go there again ...

After sales service was disgraceful had to wait for an email to be sent before a refund could be agreed. The purchase I made was for a new born baby gift but when the goods arrived the packaging was absolutely filthy and the goods were marked. This package was supposedly checked before leaving the warehouse!!!!!!!!Obviously they weren't to bothered as the goods had already been paid for. STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM BHS DIRECT OVER A WEEK LATER IF THE REFUND HAS GONE THROUGH.

The initial delivery was fairly quick (quicker than we expected). The machine had a problem with it and a new one was delivered 2 days later. So, BHS reacted very pleasantly and quickly to a problem.
