Good points:: It is self clean in both ovens and can be fan in both as well which speeds up cooking time. Using the fan grill in the top oven means I can grill with the door shut which is an important feature for me.
Bad points:: In hind sight I would choose a built in rather than built under. The bottom oven is very near the floor so the food is not easy to see. All built unders would be the same not just this make & model.

Good points:: Great oven size. Fits a caserole in the top oven leaving the bottom oven for roasts and pud.
Bad points:: Not quite sure of the timer yet but I guess I'll have tp read the book.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Convection (or fan) ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction (convection or conventional) ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.

Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
