Good points:: I bought this laptop for my wife. It is fast, good looking and even though it is very light, it is very well made. She is totally happy with it.
I am sure it's the best laptop for the price. (I was quite surprised with what we got for the price).
Effectively it is a super fast Netbook (much faster then a Netbook actually) but with a bigger screen and about the same battery life (circa 6-8 hours depending on activity).
Bad points:: The sound is a bit too quiet, but installing the most recent drivers from Toshiba has improved it a bit. So we just can't complain.

Good points:: Beautiful and sleek design. Wonderfully light and excellent value for money!
Bad points:: As it has a glossy cover, it easily becomes covered with fingerprints. Also the sound quality is rather poor.

Good points:: Battery life is good although not as long as claimed (are they ever?) Good size and clear screen. I do not agree with other comments about an over sensitive tracker pad.

It does most of what it claims and for my purpose is perfectly good.
Bad points:: Do not like the shiny casing as it shows all finger marks, it does encourage you to clean it regularly though.
