- Good points:
- It nice fits the zooming range above the standard lens. It's easier to carry and use than the 300 mm lens.
- Bad points:
- If this lens is used with the E adapter for a NEX camera then it's important to be aware of the slower auto focus times. Manual Focus with peaking might be a better option in some cases

- Good points:

Very good lens, it gives great zoom to get much closer to the subject. Very easy to use and quiet.
It has auto focus and manual focus - both are perfect.
Would recommmend to anyone. - Bad points:
- There are cheaper ones but not from Sony, so I guess this is the best choice.

- Bayonet fitting well built and is really slick. Focus is fast and sharpness excellent (works really well with image stabilization switched on), Has a geat finish, not only looking good but also feels good in the hand.

I have an A300, sorry I cant be of more help, the Sony Website are usually quite good, track down your camera and it will tell you about the compatible lenses for your camera, it has an orange button for snap on... - good luck.
