- Good points:
- I'm a great fan of the Walkman. I just want the features of an iPod Shuffle, but do not want iTunes, and want something of a display, even small, just to give me a head's-up on what the track is. The Walkman does that brilliantly. I like the bullet-like shape, and it comes with great earphones.
- Bad points:
- The cap could do with a chord to make sure it doesn't get lost. Sony do something similar with their cameras, to keep the battery cover from being lost.

PC won't recognise it when I plug it back in to change music or charge it up, very frustrating, can't always use it when I want to. Have to charge it up using mains adaptor.

i pulled into 3.5 jack port as usaul this morning and have had no response ive tried reset but still no response has anyone had same problem if how was it resolved?
-
It wasn't. After only a few months use I had to ditch my Walkman - couldn't get a refund as it was a present and I was unable to ask the giver for the sale details. Have since read lots of reviews on the Walkman and it appears it's a heap of S**T, often only giving a few months use before packing up altogether. Sony don't offer repair as it's easier to replace which due to the gift situ, I was unable to do. Shame on Sony for producing such an inferior product.

The display on my Walkman has disappeared - just a fuzzy light but no text. Reset makes no difference. Has it died? Help!
-
There is a reset point on the side of the device. You need to push into it with a sharp point like a pencil this will then reset it

I haven't experienced this problem and if pressing the reset button doesn't cure it,I'm sorry I can't help.Have you dropped it at all as this could have caused the problem?
