Most helpful reviewsMax , Bakewell Very disillusioned by Sony
- Good points:
- It works and does what it should
- Bad points:
- The supplied software is rubbish and a complete waste of time if I had know how bad it was I would not have bought this product, the inability to create play lists with using a different bit of software that then over writes other things is disgraceful, the blue tooth is patchy and cuts out a lot, the next time I upgrade I will be returning to apple because as much as I don't like them they have software and systems that work.

- Good points:
- Easy to use, excellent sound quality
- Bad points:
-
Cannot delete individual recordings, even if removed from computer library when sync takes place they remain on the MP3.
Sync downloads evrything, pictures, video as well as music, no clear way to stop this happening, takes up valuable memory as I only want to download music, full CD's.

- Good points:
- fantastic sound quality and the battery life is increadible aswell.im charging about 2 times a week.the display is crystal clear and watching videos is very good. The bluetooth function is fantastic to hook up to other devices such as my XPLOD radio in my car which allows no wires in the car.The bluetooth headphones have fantastic audio quality and i find them very comfortable to wear.Once you are used to the headphones though going back to wired is a strange feeling. The wired headphones also included are brilliant and come with other sized ear buds so you can get a perfect fit from them.I never got on with normal headphones as i found they kept slipping out.You will not find this problem with the these in ear headphones they will fit any ear.Overall a fantastic product which i would highly recommend.
- Bad points:
- Although i love the player, there are some very frustrating things on it.The lack of being able to create playlists on the device(you must make them on media player and then sync the playlist t the device) does getvery frustrating sometimes, although to be honest this is a minor problem.I would advise geting a case as i have two small dents in the back of my mp4 player and i do treat it carefully. The most frustrating thing i have encountered with the package is tha both pairs of my headphones have broken.I caught the wire on the wired headphones a door handle and i understand why these broke, although my bluetooth headphones seemed to just die, and i did charge them dont worry.Although frustrating the problem has been dealed with quickly and the headphones are currently being repaired under warranty. One last thing the box is missing is A CHARGER! There is one included for the bluetooth headphones but to charge the player you must do it by usb cable. I have bought a plug with a usb port on the bottom to charger it from the mains for less than three pounds but be warned it can be disapointing when you go to charge it up the first time and then realise you have to have a computer.
