- Ultra unreliable. I've had two break in 6 months. I believe there is a design fault with the earpiece because it does not last.

- Good points:
- Good in the ear fit with different size earbuds
- Bad points:
- Noise cancelling function is not good. When switched on it creates an unconfortable pressure on the ear drum and does not reduce background sound.
