Good points:: Nice size (fits into pocket easily). Clear screen display.
Bad points:: I would not recommend buying this phone as after only a short time the phone started vibrating constantly as though you were touching the screen but I wasn't! This has made the phone totally unusable as I can't navigate the menus or even make a phone call! This is a well known problem with this phone (Google it and you will see). DO NOT BUY!

1. Hi Pawan,
  It's a great little phone but it depends what you want to do. Sound quality is brilliant so listening to music is good but the screen can seem a little small for watching a programme. Sending texts is so easy but I find it is easy to accidentally turn on the mute button when on a call.
  
  Overall it's a really great small smartphone and they're the only two disadvantages I know. If you're after a small phone, get this one. If you need a big screen, it won't be right for you,

1. The phone can go from reasonably loud to quiet easily from the volume buttons on the side of the phone. An extra feature I like is the ease of turning your phone on silent while it is on lock very quickly if you wish to.

2. I've never seen a white one, but the black does look smart to me. I've had some trouble with my phone, although I love it. It can be a little 'buggy'. Some of my corner icons move for no reason. Other than that it's very good.

I am not getting on so well with the conversation style texting can this be changed over to the usual folders?

1. No this isn't possible. I've had this handset for around 8 months now and prefer the conversation format as I find it quicker to send a text, so it may just take time to get use to this feature. You can still manage individual messages (forward, copy, delete) and use the search to find a specific message within all conversations.
