- Excellent presentation and comes with 3 additional frames. Picture quality is excellent as can be expected from the Sony Brand name. Set up of the product was easy. Having a variety of picture viewing options is an added bonus.
- Bad points:
- No bad points whatsoever except next time I will buy a larger frame. Excellent product all round.

- Bought for my Dad he thinks it's wonderful. He can now view all our pictures we send by email on the photo frame after loading on to sd card.
- Bad points:
- Extra frames are a gimmick, be better reducing price and not including, or put a sd card in with pack.

- Good points:
- Very easy to use and set up, capable of holding loads of pictures with a slideshow option that changes picture on a sliding scale from 24 hours to every few minutes.
- Bad points:
- Unless you take the time to ensure all your pictures are landscape or portrait, when the frame re-sizes your picture to fit the orientation of the frame, the picture can be very small. Probably no different to other frames - just a bit annoying to find out after I loaded lots of pictures.

- Very easy to transfer photos onto frame. Picture quality is good. Frame looks really nice and modern.
- Bad points:
- Wish I'd brought a larger size as some of the images can appear quite small. They are quite small when shown in portrait.
