Here’s a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Sony Cybershot DSC-H50
-
When I turn on my camera, the lens will not come out. It makes a few noises that suggest that it is trying to come out but it won't. The notice on the screen reads "turn the power off and on again." How do I fix this?
-
I have not experienced this myself, so assuming your battery is O.K., it could be a fault which you would need to get assessed and repaired. However, it would appear if a message is telling you to do something specific, then it may not be a fault, possibly pointing to a battery issue.
Hope this helps.
