Good points:: Sound quality picture definition especially in Blue-ray
Bad points:: Does not interface very well with existing Sony tv remote controller does not operate tv would have liked smart set up

Good points:: Sound quality is excellent, along with the Blue-ray and wireless rear speakers an excellent investment.
Bad points:: Cost. Over priced.
