Good points:: looks very good and is vey easy to istall and is very quiet
Bad points:: the baskets are not the best for loading plates and the cutlery basket is worse than useless

Good points:: Looks lovely and is much admired. Is a solid product.
Bad points:: Instructions do not help how to operate the machine. It took me and my joiner ages to work out how to start it by pressing 2 buttons simutaneously, but no choice of other programmes. The instructions do not tell you how to work this machine and wonder if I have the right ones.
