Good points:: low lying so can be moved by pulling hose without risk of it being pulled over (last one did that) - top setting will lift the carpet off the ground superb suction (can be turned right down) - adjustable shaft length is outstanding it's ease of adjustment is superb - the 3 heads click into place almost by themselves - the cleaner unit can be moved sideways (castors first class) - slightly pulling the cable returns the cable to the unit in seconds - the bag can be fitted in seconds it's not possible to make it easier - 3 smaller heads are contained in the unit so wont get lost - if you want proper kit go to Germany.
Bad points:: the 3 smaller heads don't have the click on off mechanism that the 3 main attachments have (insufficient space in the main unit to store them) so difficult to attach and remove them from the suction pipe.
