Flimsy build.
Metal stand that fits in glass dish doesn't slot nicely, once in you need to check all legs are sat inside rim.
The wheel on the plastic rotator (that the glass dish goes on top of) dropped off after only a week. We are currently going through being passed around 0870 numbers by Sharp with none of their staff being helpful, in fact borderline rude in one case. This lack of decent support is by far my main issue with this product and may send it back to them on this basis.

- lovely compact stylish easy to use microwave. good value for money. Nice stainless steel interior easy to keep clean.
- Bad points:
- Had to guess when defrosting a couple of slices of bread as only seems to have pre-set defrosting but worked it out and don't need to use that often.

- very good size for small places, easy to use, beautiful design

- mine has broken after 2 weeks of use and I am not being able to get Sharp to send an engineer to collect the unit and change it. I am not sure what is happening, but i guess i would not recommend any Sharp product due to the lack of repair service and good customer care.

- The style is modern and as it is small it it's in small spaces if you don't ave a big kitchen
- Bad points:
- If you just want a microwave to reheat this is fine, it's pretty useless at anything lease. You press he jacket potatoe button and it doesn't actually cook them like our last microwave, just softens and shrivels them up! And if you cook 3 at the same time it will overheat and cut out! Even a microwaveable pack of rice does fit in so beware!
