Good points:: Light, very manouverable, powerful cleaning. Turbo brush really gets the dirt out of the carpet and hair very effectiviely.
Bad points:: Turbo brush needs hairs cutting of from round brush after most uses.

Good points:: light and easy to use,the tools just click in to place ,press a button to remove them no struggling to pull them apart as I have found wth other makes. The turbo brush is great for carpets. The motor is not too noisy and it has good suction also has a nice long cord saves having to keep unplugging it..Worth every penny
