- Good points:
- Good value for an all in one printer, that's perfect in size and prints perfect. It has s lot of functions where you can control the print shades and size of the print. The price is lower then most other retailers. Highly recommended to everyone.

- There are no faults which is surprising.

- The printer delivers crisp print out. i am very satisfied with the product. I would definitely recommend this product to everybody. If you want laser printer for personal use,i would strongly recommend you to buy this printer rather than choosing Hp inkjet or office jet. The software suite that came with the product is good, -it allows you to scan the images/documents directly to email, which is very cool.The paper tray is pretty big and loading and unloading the paper is very easy. It also contains an individual paper feed tray, located in the front side just below the catridge door.
- Bad points:
- Its little big, but not too bulky. Compared to other HP laser printers, which are damn bulky, this printer ie quite small. The printer does not come with a USB cable, which is a major draw back here in UK. I mean samsung can provide you with 2 power cords,but they cannot supply you with a USB cable along with the printer. I bought the USB cable for 5 quids outside though!!!

- The print speed is good and produces a clear image.
- Bad points:
- I bought this item in the belief I would save money as it is a laser printer however this was not the case I have hardly done any prints and it says toner out (which I know it is no where near empty this is obviously a program made to get you to buy another cartridge and the printer company mades more profit. Buying a new printer these days will always be like that because you get the printer cheap and they make massive profits by having a chip on the cartridge to stop printing after a certain number of prints, most of my prints have been black pages and therefore I know it is no where near empty, I am very disappointed in Samsung, stay well clear and look at other printers that are older and more tested is my advice to you.
