- Good points:
- very good looking, easy to set up, remote fine, picture quality excellent
- Bad points:
- sound quality and quantity is poor. Don't understand this as I had a 17" prior to this and it had excellent sound quality and never had to use maximum volume.

- Good points:
- bought for the kitchen and is perfect for the job
- Bad points:
- sound was dodgy at first and thought this was a (bad) feature of the product - thought it was 'factory set' realised it could be 'tuned' in and is now excellent

- Good points:
- Great appearance on or off. Excellent picture and colours after a bit of tweaking. Sound acceptable for a 19" set after a bit of tweaking. Overall very satisfied, especially at the 1staudiovisual price.
- Bad points:
- Slow to respond to channel changes. Menu system could be clearer. Brightness sensitive to viewing position vertically, ok if viewing from a fixed position but not so good if viewing while on the move.
