- Good points:
- Good quality videos, and very easy to use. Battery life is great too, and you can buy an 8Gb memory card for under a tenner, which give you over 80 minutes of video.
- Bad points:
- Starting and Stopping the recording can cause a jolt which is slightly annoying.

- Bad points:

Here’s a list of the questions other shoppers have asked owners of the Samsung HMX-U10
-
Is there a mains charger available for this camcorder?
-
Hi Jean,
Yes it does have a mains charger. Although I might add, we had to return it because the touch sensitive buttons stopped working after 5 weeks!
Kind regards
Sandra

is it better than the other ones you can get on the market
-
Personally I didn't like it! To stop the photos being blurry it had to be on the sport option at all times. Buttons were a tad fiddly and in the end they stopped working after a couple of months so it was returned to the shop for a refund. Not sure if it's any better or worse than others on the market but I went back to my sony handycam which I prefer. I thought that by buying something small and compact would be better all round but sadly for me this was not the case. Hope this helps.

What is the largest SD card accepted?
-
In terms of SD cards checking the specifications there are no limits on the size on SD SDHC. I use a 4gb one it gives me around 40 mins on 1080 and just over an hour on 720, its also records it good quality standard def too up to 2 hours on a 4gb card.
-
I use a 4gb card and find it a really good size for most uses. see spec's above.

Score 5.0/10Mine was heavily discounted (around 50 quid) but it would be poor value at full price.
