- Good points:
- Very lightweight , easy to use , very sharp image , excellent on my HD TV , reasonably good value - but saying that if you want looks its the one - the view finder is hard to get used to and i was filming the sky on a few occasions but then I started paying attention!! and its actually easier and common sense to hold it lower down it makes it a lot easier .battery life seems good and the menus are for thickos like me - easy

- The brown leather strap must be some in house samsung joke!! I put it on but it looks stupid!!

- Good points:
- Easy to use, looks good, video picture quality is excellent and so is TV playback. Sound quality is really good, connection to TV via mico HDMI lead is straight forward, video "cropping" or "splitting" available to do from the camera. I think you get a lot for your money.
- Bad points:
- Seem to get a lot of eye glare if you take a picture in a poorly lit environment. The ergonomic design (whilst being very easy on the hand), would require a special tripod connection to save the device from pointing downwards - these tripods are more expensive than the standard ones. When taking a photo I've found I need to point the camera slightly lower after lining up my shot - there seems to be a "hidden" area above the screen that you do not notice until you look at the photo on playback.

- Quiet a good bundle of features ...for an amature user. The touch screen is a great support. Full HD video and 12 MP stills is a good combination.

- Battery life could have been better. The optical zoom could have been better....10x would have made it perfect.
