How do u i connect the fone to the pc using the usb...it keeps telling me installing like for ever ??? cuz i wanna put songs and stuff from the pc to the fone ??

Connect to pc using cable supplied, make sure screen not locked and your in. I have external sd card and have created a folder for music where I transfer songs.

How have people found the battery life of the Samsung Galaxy W, is it capable of reaching 11.55 hours of talk time? I've read that it can get up to 18.5 hours of talk time - is this after an update? Does it change according to being on a 4G or 3G network?-
Battery life for talk time is around 8 hours, this reduces massively when using internet.
Don't know about 4G though.

I chat on my phone and use the internet, but I found that if I leave wifi on all the time the battery lasts about 24 hrs, but if I turn wifi of when not using it I only have to charge it everyother day

I have'nt used my phone much for chatting, mainly texts and abit of internet but I find that it still needs charging at least once a day

Quite a lot of website & personal reviews are saying this phone has bad call quality. This phone appears great for what I need apart from that but as this is a phone after all then this is a bit of a dealbreaker. One review on here says call quality is not a problem. Any comments appreciated.

I speak to my girl friend every day from work
and the quality is good. I asked her if the sound quality was good she answard yes nice clear sound. -
I've not experienced any problems with call quality.
