- Proven technology. Great brand. Good value for money. Easy to set up. Good footprint.
- Bad points:
- Print delivery tray is very flimsy. Paper storage tray is too low, almost level with ground making it awkward to open for loading. Scanning menu routine not easy to follow, making it difficult for the ocasional user.

this is a small compact colour laser scanner/copier which means I now only have one item instead of 3 seperate ones
It was so easy to instal,follow instructions and the samsung site installs everything for you.Considering price the colour is very good most of my printing is in bw so no problems there. Scanning is excellent you decide on quality and copy it
Copying in colour or black and white is simple,just press the button.
By far the best compact colour laser scanner/copier in its class and price range - Bad points:

Installation was very simple - worked first time!
For home use the speed is fine.
Print quality is good but have not printed photographs on glossy paper yet but I anticipate it to be fine.
Diagrams and graphs have come out in very good quality and definition.
Does not need a separate photo cartridge so no fiddley changes to be done.
Not noisey.
Plays a pleasant tune when it starts up, when it's ready to print and when it has finished printing.

For a busy office it may be considered slow.
It does double sided printing but not automatically: you do need to manually feed the paper.

- Good points:
- Plugged it it, ran the set up and started printing good quality prints. Have not played around with the settings, but then I am unlikely to do so. We have used it to print teaching aids (Youth programme and wife is a teacher), notices, emails, flight booking confirmations etc, all with ease.

- Really good quality printing, after several years of inkjets. Quick and near silent in operation

- The display can only be read from directly overhead. In my enforced location, it is impossible to except with a mirror and torch.

Turn on and use in under a minute, printouts are fast and clear.
Was sick of clogging and buying new ink cartridges! - Bad points:
- not so great for you out there who plan on printing photos, but atleast you don't get clogging.
