- Good print quality, quiet and easy to set up
- Bad points:
- The software takes ages before actually starting to print. Previous Xerox machine took around two seconds to do what this machine takes minutes to accomplish, and as I predominantly print off single/few pages this is a pain.

- Good points:
- excellent value for money. it will really brighten up any document that you produce and prints great photos. I use it to print off leaflets etc. to trial before going to print.
- Bad points:
- Replacement cartridges are very expensive (like all the manufacturers) but there are ways around this apparently.

Hi I am a rafter and use alot of card 250 gsm has anyone ever tried this on card and what results have you had

dear ann, the first thing i did with my printer was to print out the manual.All i can say is that 250gsm is too thick ,the maximum card thickness is 220gsm.You must also put one sheet in at a time.hope this helps you,julian.

The printing quality is very good, when printing colour while the speed is relatively OK when printing grey-scale (OK not great). Generally you're getting a colour laser printer at a very low low price and its sturdy and built to last.

I work for a business doing mail outs and I am encountering a lot of problems with the inkjet printer we are currently using. I tend to be having a lot of printer jams with the inkjet as it keeps feeding envelopes incorrectly and is potentially costing us a lot of money. We have our own Royal Mail postmark which we put onto the envelopes. Can this be done with the Samsung or with any laser printer as we are paying out for 4 inks and it equates to £96 whereas a toner only costs £60-70 and lasts a lot longer. Thank you for your help.

Dear Gary,the Samsung CLP-325 will print envelopes of 75to90g/m2 or20 to24 bond.i have just printed out a royal mail postal label it was ok.hope this helps you.

There's at least 4 cartridges in the sanding but you can get refill kits online cheaply. The manufacturer's cartridges aren't cheap though.

I just bought this printer but the colour is all fuzzy, has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it? I've tried gently shaking the toners.

Sorry - the colour on my machine is just fine. Are you using the recommended toners - is there on option to adjust the colour via your PC?

should give very clear print copy - sounds faulty - take it baack and exchange it if you cant adjust.
