yes the brackets that fix to the back of your tv are supplied. different sizes fro different tv's. all you need is in the box....

Is the cable management for skybox, DVD player in the lower column the same as illustrated for the TV unit.

Hi,
In the upper column behind tv there is an opening in the rear of the column. In the lower section there is an opening both in the front and rear of the column. You can route connections to tv through this and then use rear opening at same point to route the power cable from tv to outlet socket. I seem to remember that the manufacturers website has some photos that show this quite well.
