Good points:: Great Engineering - Solid construction and very capable of taking a very heavy TV. The finish on the mount is also very good with it looking expensive and nicely made. In addition this mount allows me to angle the TV (which is a 46 inch Sony - but it could take an even larger screen) at a 45 degree angle to the wall. The TV is mounted in the corner of the room. And lastly, it allows the screen to be tilted down slightly to give an optimum viewing angle.
Bad points:: When the TV is used at 45 degree angle the edges of the mount are visible to the side.
