this item was a present for my daughter, she has frequent long journeys to the hospital and wanted something to keep her interest on the journeys.
she is really pleased with the player and has no complaints, she was pleasantly surprised at all the things she can do with it and not just listenin g to music and she finds it easy to carry around and not obtrusive on the bus etc. - Bad points:

- It works so well with BBCiPlayer and it is so easy to navigate your way around the option screens.
- Bad points:
- The conversion software is still very slow and bitsy if you want to put any videos on that aren't iplayer. Had to download lots of extras to be able to do it.
