- Good points:

- Image Quality in HD is very good compared to my other Samsung LCD Tv. Plasma looks nicer than LCD to me if the signal you throw at it is good quality.
- Product of great quality and excellent value for the money. - Bad points:
-
- Some useful settings are not on the manual, but on forums on the internet.
- The position of some ports at the back make some cabling impossible (SCART too close to HDMI ports)

- Good points:
- Excellent TV all round. The only reason I didn't rate it as 10 on the ease of use is because I'm not very good with remotes!

- Good points:
- The Panasonic TX-P50G10B with freesat is a fantastic performer particularly in Hi Def. I found that the TX-P50G10B also does a good job when upscaling DVD pictures. Edges are smooth, but don't want for sharpness, while movement is sure and secure. The 1080p/24fps images show the TX-P50G10B to best advantage, and the screens combination of fine detail ,crisp edge definition, wide-ranging colour palette and assurance with motion make for an engrossing performance.
- Bad points:
- Sound is nothing to write home about but, frankly if you were toget too hung up on the way flatscreens sound you would never buy one! Anyway i found by hooking it up to a Home Theater System like the Panasonic-SC-BT200 does the trick, fantastic!!

TV Buyers GuideManufacturer's Description
Full-HD NeoPDP Models with freesat built-in, Superb Moving Picture Quality and Advanced Networking Capabilities
“freesat†is a digital satellite service that offers free HD (High-definition) TV programmes. With the G10 series, you can enjoy sharp pictures, vivid colours, multi-channel sound, and various services with the interactive contents.
600-Hz technology lets you view superb full-HD motion and still images with 1,080 lines of resolution. For even greater clarity with motion images, Panasonic uses its own unique image-analysis technology. This technology converts the motion in each scene into data, then optimises the sub-field to display fast-action scenes in full-HD resolution. And each frame is displayed for a shorter length of time than in previous systems, to reduce aftereffects.
VIERA incorporate an improved panel production process and the new Real Black Drive system. A pre-discharge control system, the Real Black Drive system combines with NeoPDP technology to achieve next-generation black reproduction. When you’re watching movies, VIERA renders images just the way the director intended, even in scenes where it’s difficult to achieve a proper balance of light and dark.
VIERA Link allows interconnected operation of various AV devices using only the VIERA remote control, by simply connecting the devices to each other by an HDMI cable. VIERA Link performance has been further enhanced with LUMIX digital camera connection. By connecting a new LUMIX camera that has an HDMI output terminal to VIERA, you can use the VIERA remote to control the playback of images stored on the camera.
It’s easy to view full-HD images with the SD Memory Card slot. Watch and show your photos and motion images right after you take them. Simply insert an SD Memory Card into VIERA to display photos and full-HD videos on the large screen. You can also choose from among 3 types of background music and 4 display effects.
V-Audio Surround gives depth-sound-image effect by early-reflection data based on actual room measurement, that is generated from digital signal processor.
