The Neff U15M62S0GB is a high quality double oven that offers modern styling in a sleek black finish that will complement your kitchen. Inside the main oven are 9 functions, with three Circo functions included: CircoTherm, CircoTherm Intensive and CircoRoasting. Conventional top and bottom heat, as well as bottom heat only – perfect for finishing pastry bases or pizzas – are also featured. There’s a variable full-width grill, a defrost setting, plus a keep warm option – this is typically 66ºC to 100ºC – and can be used to keep prepared food warm without drying it out. Rear, side and roof catalytic liners help in keeping the interior clean.

The Circotherm system uses a powerful fan to draw in air from the oven interior. Neff introduced Circotherm to the UK over 30 years ago and it remains one of the very best cooking systems around. The air is heated and forced out of strategically placed air ducts and circulated around each shelf. This forced air system means lower temperatures can be used and little or no pre-heating is required. The method is ideal for roasting, batch baking and hot air grilling.

A full-size variable grill element is located in the roof of the conventional top oven. The grill is thermostatically controlled and will cycle on and off to maintain the required temperature. This offers a healthy method of cooking where no additional fat is required. Again rear, side and roof liners are on hand to keep the cleaning of the interior simple. Also includes 1x full width enamel pan, 1x high/low wire shelf, 3x anti-tip flat wire shelves, ‘Recipes and Tips’ cook book and double insulated drop down glass doors. Requires 20 amps power supply.
