- Good points:
- The best part I found about the Motorola Milestone was the slide out keyboard which was very handy for writing texts and emails. The keyboard was easy to use with persons with large fingers as the qwerty keys were reasonably large and well spaced out.
- Bad points:
- The phone I found was rather bulky in size as far as mobile phones go. The touch screen was more sutibile for the younger generation as I found the touch screen much to sensitive.I found if you received an email and turned the phone around to pull the keyboard out to reply if you accidently touched the screen in doing so one can loose the complete email sent to you. The worst thing I found is that when not using it, it locks the phone so on an incomming call one has to unlock it pretty quick by using your finger to slide the unlock app to the right, which I found awkward and one could miss your incoming call. Also I found on first setting up the phone you had no option but to set up a Google email address. This I found a really bad point if you had an alternate email address as now a big problem arises as I found I spent nearly an hour contacting my service provider to set my own email address out.

- Good points:
- Android-platform seems to be quite good and there is a lot of software available (for free!). Built in GPS has been in use daily and it finds the satellites quickly. Display is what I expected, but "the bigger the better" is in place here, too. Main reason however to byu Milestone instead of some other brand or model is the built in hardware-keyboard. It is way better than the onscreen keyboard, and if I could get skandinavian keys in place (ä, ö) it would be perfect.
- Bad points:
- Battery life is not like I am used with Nokia phones, and some things are done in annoying way.

That's motorola engineering.
some tasks run in the background amd use battery: they need to be closed in setting menu to save battery.
One feature that I didn't like is - milestones in some nations don't support voice text entry. Still I recommend this mobile for a nice experience.
