- Good points:
- The fact that you can vac with the hoover lying flat makes it brilliant at going under beds, tables etc. You can see how powerful it is as the bits jump towards it! My kids love that it is so quite so doesn't interfere with the TV.
- Bad points:
- A little bit heavier than my old one but even so I can easily carry it up and down stairs.

Interested in this model - but does anyone have any views on its long-term reliability, please?

I cant say about this model i have only had it a coulpe of months but i have a smaller one i bought ten years ago,its never been serviced never broken down its brilliant thats why i invested in the upright bit on the heavey side (but i am 63)but very pleased with it,i have 6 grandkids and three fosterkids so it has a pretty tough job at times.
