- Good points:
- The build quality and design is superb. The controls on the handle are a great feature which I was looking for as they allow you to control the suction power and switch both the vacuum and electric brush on or off. The suction of the hoover is very good, and the electric brush makes easy work of any hair or fluff. The normal head, which is also supplied, is excellent for normal, less intensive vacuuming and solid floors. Overall I'm very pleased with the product. This was a replacement for a Dyson Animal cylinder, and in my opinion, this is a far superior product. The bag versus bagless debate was my only consideration, but I do not regret my choice. Highly recommended.
- Bad points:
- Miele products are more expensive than some other manufacturers, but you really do get what you pay for.

- Good points:
- I chose a Miele vacuum cleaner, because I already had one and wouldn't want to buy another make. Up to now, I cannot really fault the Miele Revolution 5000 . It is very easy to use. I particularly like the controls on the handle. The suction is also very good. The electrobrush performs very well and made vacuuming my stair carpet very quick and easy, leaving a six year old carpet looking like new .
- Bad points:
- The only fault I can find so far, is that the telescopic tube is a little difficult to attach to the suction hose and requires a bit of strength. Therefore I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to people with weak hands or wrists.

- Good points:
- The Miele Revolution 5000 is by far the best vacuum cleaner i have ever used. It is miles better than the plastic rubbish that Dyson produce. The suction that the Miele produces is incredible. I have hard floors and carpets and the Revolution 5000 is perfect for both. I like the fact that i can control the power and turn it off and on from the handle. It's safe to say that when i am in the market for a Vac again i will look no further than Miele.
- Bad points:
- I havn't found any yet.
