To summarise: one word, excellent. Nice looking system (tho obviously thats down to personal taste), but you cant fault the quality of sound coming from those speakers and that whopping base box.
I bought this system based on reviews from this web site, far better than any WHICH review. I am no audio/music buff, but for me this is perfect, i bought it second hand for a superb price, but even new prices IMO they are worth the money. To buy an amp would cost similar money, at least, then you need the speakers themselves! Dont be misled by the size of the satellites, the sound is impressive. I have a medium size room, and anything over 50% is bordering on being a nuisance neighbour!
Overall very happy, highly recommended. Only hassle was installing a 5.1 sound card with vista and a dodgy pci slot! We use this for our main music and tv viewing via the pc as we dont have a tv licence. Best buy yet. - Bad points:
- None really, just remember the bass box is rather sizeable.

Great sound quality, easy to set up, best price on the market (at time of purchase) one 'powerful' bass.
To be quite honest, I've listened to many genres of music on this but with some drum n bass / dubstep...I cranked the volume a bit. This thing is so potentially loud / powerful, i'm in 2 minds if it 'should' be used for household use at all.
Overall great mark up on the 3 channel 50 pound speakers I had before; well worth the price increase. - Bad points:
- This sub-woofer is a beast. Powerful as it is, it would be good to note that you should make sure you have enough space to fit this sub. Especially considering you need to keep it at least 2 feet away from other electronic devices.

- The speakers are great whatever device you plug into them, Blu Ray movies are excellent and so are games consoles. The is plenty of adjusmeant on volume and effects and you gett plenty of cableing for the satelites. All in all a great peace of kit tha will last you years.
