Good points:: Compactness (have you looked at the size of, say, an Onkyo with necessary ventilation clearance) and inclusion of a BD player. Ample connectivity to audio sources. Lip synch delay available. 2.1 system suits the benighted who only want decent flat panel sound and who aren't willing to have excess wire and speakers in the living room. Fast warm-up.
Bad points:: Poor control over sound spectrum, just unspecified nominal choices, eg Game. Bass levels remain excessive. Unnecessary bright blue front light. Flimsy disk caddy. The smaller speakers aren't easy to mount, I ended up by attaching each to a small platform using 4 hemispherical tap washers to trap the base.

Good points:: good design and very easy to navigate through the different settings i.e from using my ipod to playing on the playstation and then watching sky.
The sytem was very easy to set up.
