Score 4.0/10
Good points:
Large display - easy to use.
Bad points:
Lock is very poor. The phone made numerous calls to people in my address book when it was supposed to be locked. Wasted a lot of my phone credit and not secure - I was unaware people were listening in to my conversation. Phone was returned and exchanged for another model.

Confirmed purchase: 02 Jul 2010

Confirmed purchaser Basic text and chat user

Score 4.0/10
Good points:
The texting on it is good and unlike my previous Samsung phone it actually remembers words I put into its predictive memory
Bad points:
Where to start? Battery: it will show full 3 bars for ages, then if it goes to 2 bars it doesn't mean you have 66% life left it means you have about 10 min of usage. Sound: after about 6 weeks use on both radio and MP3 it crackles and clicks if you move around with it. Sensitivity: calibrated and recalibrated but still touch screen takes me places I didn't ask to go. Security: tried all the settings but still screen still goes to black and locks out of texting and other applications if not actually tapping a key for more than 5 seconsds. Map: one of the main reasons I got this phone and it is so slow - I've actually travelled 30 miles and reached my destination by following street signs before it has found where I am. Camera: Good but keeps asking you what you want to do with photo after every shot so difficult to take multiple shots of same scene - it is also slow, you press the button and then there is a delay while the camera decides to take the shot, by which time the subject has inevitably moved.

Score 1.0/10
Good points:
It has no good points.
Bad points:
In all its a cheap phone, it is difficult to navigate and the battery life can go from full to flat even if the phone is in stand by with the power save set to on. The key lock can turn the phone on in your pocket so is of no use.
