Ww have not long got our new LG F1247TD5 but we have encounted a problem, it go's walkabouts when it's on the high spin 1200. we have just had a new kitchen and it is already moving out of it's little slot. We had a new floor ontop of the concreat floor it vinal jigsor type that stands about a 1/2 inch above the concreat. would this be the problem if so I will need to sort it.
I couldent find anythink in the paper work about this nor did Currys say anythink. when we asked
It shakes alot on a high spin or a low load.-
i have not had the problem. is the floor level?
May be put a mat under the machine.

I can't work out how you can get the machine to operate the 30 minute quick wash, as suggested in the reviews I've read.

select quick wash, set temp to 40, set spin to 1200, it takes 42 mins this way. The 30 min will only wash on a low heat and only spins at 800.

i'm thinking about buying this machine, as we are traditionalists - belt driven machines - what are the advantages apart from the obovious reviews on noise reductions.
As we own bosch and whirlpool kitchen appliances, dishwasher and american fridge freezer respectively, what advantages does the lg have over other manufacturers guarantees or build quality?
We do own a large plasma lg tv which is very good value for money, but as we thought lg only id electronic items, e.g tvs, m/wave ovens, etc what are your views on the performance and user friendlyness of this appliance?
Many questions, but we would appreciate any help with answers to all of them.

I have found the washing machine to be fantastically easy to use, great spin and very quiet. It seems to be of great quality and also good to look at - fits in with everything else well. We have had an LG fridge freezer for over 8 years now and it is also fantastic - which is why we went for this make of machine.
I would highly recommend it. I use it 2/3 times every day - it tells you how long is left and you can also set it to come on later - so i often put wash in at night so it comes on at say 6am and is ready for me to hang up before I head out.

What is the wash time of fastest wash with a 1200 spin at end

Hi, How many spin speeds are there. the last LG we bought only had two, 800 and1600. with nothing inbetween, not very pratical in the real world of machine washing.
