Good points:: The phone is very swish looking and there is a little slider on the left of the phone where you plug the phone in to charge / transfer date is very nice indeed and wont break unlike the rubber ones. The whole phone seems pretty scratch proof. The camera is really quite good for a phone camera (5MP) it has a flash and continuous shot mode but no panoramic function it also does very good video which is pretty good quality, it takes a bit of practice to take good photos and videos however.
The fm radio works really well and in the north of the UK the reception from it is very clear and you can set it to play through both the speakers on the device (very very good quality nice full sound) or through the head phones. [head phones need to be plugged in (used as an antenna) for it to work at all.
The display is amazingly clear and as good as the iphones image (all be it a bit smaller screen size), and is all right in direct sun light. The music player is pretty basic but with a bit of fiddling for songs etc it does the job. The games which come with is are terrible.
Bad points:: Radio transmitter (I.e. for putting songs on in the car) does not work - this is a fault due to the firmware (not a fault of simple electronics). The phone freezes from now and again when the battery is low, but this could be expected.

Lg has its own website with links for downloading "apps", however these links haven't been updated and so don't currently work (last time I checked 7/8/2010) however there is a simple way around. The way I managed to download some "apps" was enter the website name into the phones browser and to direct to downloading the Java apps. It works fine but its nothing like the apple app store.

Good points:: Lg have tried very hard with this phone and it is feature packed with every thing you could possibly want on a phone
Bad points:: However the phone software just isn't slick enough. I have spent many a moment grinding my teeth as I presses the screen again and again only for nothing to happen. As proof the phone has been switched off and put in a drawer and I have gone back to using my old Nokia, Nuff said.

Good points:: nice & easy to use very nice design. would recomend this phone, its value for money. its just a very good design & excellent quality.
Bad points:: the battery life is ok, it doesn't last very long if your using GPS or wi-fi. Thats the only downside of it, otherwise its a brilliant phone.
