- Good points:
- The picture is awe inspiring. Coupled with an H.D. box, the clarity is second to none. The speakers give a superb sound and I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to have a top quality visual experience!

- Good points:
- Really like the way it plays downloaded .AVI files with ease. Will even play MP3 from my Ipod nano 5th (not itouch 3rd though). Energy saver is great and you can tell it does not get anywhere as hot as my plasma or LCD that i run too that must be good for the bills. The front glass edge is nice too. My 47inch version is in the bedroom and mounted on wall with slight tilt and i do not bright lights, but even when i do i see a good clear picture from all angles. There is a quality feel about it and i thought long and hard about the Samsung 8000 series i have no regrets at all. In fact i bought my parents a 37 inch LG8000 series again really cool just not LED.
- Bad points:
- sound is quit poor not great bit acceptable. Glass front and full connectivity makes set heavy compared to the Samsungs. But i would choose this set every time.

- Good points:
- Minimal border, amazing picture quality, ease of setup
- Bad points:
- While the screen itself is very slim the location of the inputs etc make it impossible to mount the screen very close to a wall without cutting holes for the cables/plugs i.e. Having a bracket that is 1" thick meant I had to cut holes in the plasterboard where the inputs are so cables can routed without any issues

- Good points:
- Excellent picture, slim, elegant design, includes two remote controls, a basic one and an 'advanced' remote control so everyone can operate it!
- Bad points:
- Sound on all of these slim line sets it lacking but don't let that put you off, this is a top end screen so buy a decent amp and separate speakers.

- Bad points:
- SOUND QUALITY, 'TINNY'. BUT KNEW THIS AND NOT A PROBLEM, JUST EASILY CONNECT IT TO MUSIC/STEREO SYSTEM AND TOP SOUND.

LED
A Revolution In Picture Quality and Ultra-slim Design. With a contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, LG TVs latest LED backlight-technology provides you with crystal-clear images, deeper blacks and the most realistic colours available today. LG LED TV will save you money off your electricity bills as LED backlight-technology saves up to 40% of power consumption vs. LCD technology. LG LED backlighting also saves on space, resulting in an ultra-slim design that can be hung on the wall like a picture frame.
HD-Ready 1080p
LG HD Ready 1080p (Full HD) provides 1920 × 1080p picture resolution delivering incredible picture clarity and vibrant colours. You’ll see up to 5 times the picture clarity and detail in comparison to standard definition and double the detail compared to HD Ready 720p. 1080p television is the only way to fully experience the true potential of high definition gaming and blu-ray which takes you even closer to the action.
Intelligent Sensor 2
LG Intelligent Sensor technology finds the ideal brightness, sharpness, colour and contrast picture setting within any environment to protect against eyestrain and reduce power consumption up to 69%. Simply turn on intelligent sensor in the picture menu and it will do all the work for you.
Frameless Design
With LG frameless design, prepare yourself for a whole new viewing experience. Unlike conventional TVs, LG unique single layer design virtually eliminates the space between the screen and the bezel so that they seamlessly blend together. Your LG frameless TV will look stunning – whether it’s switched on or off.
100Hz TruMotion
TruMotion one hundred hertz reduces blurring on fast moving scenes by displaying one hundred images per second. Standard TV sets only display fifty images per second so more information means a better viewing experience for watching sports and movies.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth technology means a world without wires, where you can instantly view images or documents on your TV. With this technology, you can also connect to mobiles, headsets, notebooks and PCs for a totally synchronised home entertainment experience.
