Good points:: Looks great. Features are inuitive. Picture quality on HD is fantastic and internal sound is great for a TV.
Bad points:: Reflections when too much light in the room. Issue is common with all flat screens.

Good points:: Good looking TV which fitted the bill (and my lounge) the use of the full screen with no side speakers is great and allowed me to step up from a 32" to 37" and still fit in the same cabinet as previously.
Bad points:: Be careful if you have bright sunlight around you or behind you (e.g. a window) as there is significant reflection from the non-matt screen. Night time is no problem and you can learn to ignore it but it can still be an irritation.

Good points:: Very easy to set up, amazing picture, and looks fantastic as a focus point of a room.
Bad points:: Sound quality is not great unless its hooked to a surround sound system.
No picture in picture option is a shame for something with so many HDMI inputs

Good points:: very good picture quality, nice design, good sound, plenty of external connections, great for playing games thru HDMI or VGA input, plays almost every avi/mkv/mp4/wmv format (including subtitles and HD movies) from USB harddrive/key, also plays mp3 and pictures
Bad points:: occasional motion blur, but which telly doesn't have it
