Good points:: Great picture for the price point. 37" is a good size TV for the average lounge and suits ours perfectly. (Consider that a larger screen may show pixellation if you are too close to it.) It is an attractive design and navigating the menus is very intuitive. The remote is also fine but I use a universal remote generally.
Bad points:: The sound is not very good - quite tinny in my opinion, but I most often use it in conjunction with a surround sound set-up which means this is not an issue for me - a decision I was content with before I purchased. If you intend to rely on the in-built speakers then shop test first.

Good points:: Great Picture Quality, especially with a feed from a Sky HD box and Blu-ray. The ecomony mode allows you save energy by reducing backlight. I find on the medium setting there is low to zero noticable difference, so I can save the planet while I grow fat on salted snacks
Bad points:: Sound a little weak, but I have a seperate amp for surround sound
