Good points:: very compact & light, easy to use, no need for tapes which was one of the reasons we bought this, so less extra gear to carry around while on holiday :)

Bad points:: none really...not quite so good in low light, but that doesnt matter for what its used for. Software for putting material onto the net is a little complicated, but doubtless we'll get there.
