Correct 4:3 screen ratio, if you want your pics to look real do not buy a widescreen product as it will distort the images or you will get blackstrips up each side.
The 10.4" screen is a good size and quality, we had bought a smaller widescreen one from another retailer and was very disappointed.
Easy to use, especially when we found out if you have your SD card with images in the slot and turn it on, it automatically plays the slideshow - superb. - Bad points:
- Bought as a gift, so it will be leaving our house, might just have to buy another!

- Good points:
- Excellent picture quality, makes a striking feature in the room. Fantastic value for money.
- Bad points:
- Easy to start playing on the default settings, but a bit frustrating trying to navigate the menus if you want to alter anything. Could do with more options for the speed of the slideshow, and the "random" setting seems to repeat the same photos too often - we keep on seeing the same ones and there are hundreds on the card! Also, my other digital frame has much better transition effects. However, these are small niggles and do not detract from an overall excellent product.

- Bad points:
- Still, some pictures when loaded on fine, seem to be changed and end up with altered colours and even parts of the picture moved in places.
