- Good points:
- fantastic display, good viewing angle, solid base, works very well at 90 degree rotation, very useful 6 port USB hub.
- Bad points:
-
auto-rotate doesn't work under Mac OS X (have to do it manually in display preferences).

- Good points:
- Large bright clear display. Unit reasonably compact, given it's a 24" widescreen monitor. All possible cables provided to get it connected to one PC. Good choice of inputs available.
- Bad points:
- Supplied software is not Apple Mac compatible and apparently no Mac version available from HP. Hadn't appreciated this from the original details. Still works fine with output from Mac as a straight monitor.

- Good points:
- I did a lot of research on pro monitors and this came top of the heap in terms of image quality vs price - if you want full HD at 1920x1080 for editing/graphics/post production and need to grade the colours and contrast etc for professional output then this is for you - I use a 2 monitor set up to preview at full HD on the right monitor. (also good for photographic work).
- Bad points:
- The monitor is black but the bottom bit of the stand is plastic/silver looking which looks ugly and cheap, (but it does however have a tray to put things in which is handy)

- Good points:
- Beautiful clear bright display. Plenty of connection options (for my needs). Stable base with smooth positioning.
- Bad points:
- Generates a lot of heat. A bit too keen to 'go to sleep' and takes a bit too long to 'wake up'. This might be configurable, but I've not taken the time to find out - so it can't be that bad a problem!

Score 9.0/102 models with very slightly different part numbers, one much more expensive that the other.
There is *no* different between the two. Buy the cheaper of the two. Fully recommended.
