- Good points:
- This is a fantastic piece of equipment that I would highly recommend. Have a good read of the instruction manual. You will probably find that most of your cooking will be done in the small top oven / grill, but the added flexibility of the larger spaces with variable temperatures makes large scale cooking (think Xmas!) a doddle.

- Can't seem to work timer when the oven is on. Oven switches off at the end of the time if you set the timer when the oven is on.

- Nice clean design but shelves do not fit well.
- Bad points:
- First oven had to be replaced as it would not heat up properly. The replacement has the opposite problem and overheats, awaiting the engineer visit to replace main circuit board and heat sensors.

The product would have been absolutely excellent for our needs, but unfortunately it suffered from a cronic vibration noise that was audible throughout our property. The engineer couldn't begin to resolve it and recommended that it was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, this proved not to be possible as no replacements were available for an unknown period, so we had to buy another similar product. However, one small criticism was that the dividing shelf only had one specific position, but we would have preferred that at least one other position was made available, either up or down of the fixed position.

is it work in 13 amp socket

Yes it was. However I must tell you that I returned this oven as it would not maintain the temperature it was set at. The replacement also was faulty and so I changed to a NEFF which is perfect.

Have had this model for over 6 months and all is working well. Don't no why you have these problems unless you have a faulty electrical supply socket.

Whilst this unit works perfectly well through a 13 amp power socket, the issue we had relates only to excessive vibration and noise from the circulation fans, both during cooking and afterwards when the system is in automatic cooling down mode. The noise was deemed by the engineer to be incurable and, unfortunately, as no replacement units were available for some months, we had to ask for a replacement unit from a different manufacturer.
