Good points:: Fridge compartment of good size.
Bad points:: Freezer compartment small by comparison to our previous fridge freezer. Would not br adequate if we did not have a chest freezer as well. OK for frozen goods in use but not big enough for storage.

Good points:: Internal LCD tempreture display for both fridge and freezer.
Bad points:: I have had serveral fridge/freezers spanning a period over 25 years and this is the first one i bought from hotpoint..this is the first fridge/freezer where the shelves are poor quality and design. The first one broke, where the plastic bits fit into the shelf slots in 2009, just about a year after purchasing. I opened the fridge door and everything fell at me, it scared the hell out of me. The second shelf lasted a little longer, 14/01/11 in fact the same thing happened again!! Never in all my years of owning fridge/freezers has this happened before and I will not recommend hotpoint to anyone. It is not fit for purpose and a very expensive white elephant sitting in my kitchen with just one shelf left. I have no confidence left for everytime i open the fridge door! (I am so upset)

Good points:: Nice design and the LCD temperature display is very clear. I also like the alarm when the fridge is door is left over.
Bad points:: The freezer is quite small, but still perfectly useable.
