- Brilliant value, both compartments are spacious and very smart as an integrated appliance. We are very pleased.
- Bad points:
- Instructions to fit the fridge/freezer were not clear. Only one sheet of picture instructions so was left guessing how to fit. Once we worked it out it was quick to install.

- We were missing the parts that connected the doors to the cabinet doors, hotpoint customer service then supplied only 1 when then diagram shows 2 per door, so we had to wait for a second package to be despatched. It added a week to our installation but luckily we had a builder/kitchen fitter on site still - otherwise it would have meant calling someone out again and could have cost us more money.

- Ice Cube tray in the door handle pretty u/s as by the time you can get the ice out it has nearly melted, still use my own trays. Great idea it just doesn't work, not really a bad point.
