- Good points:
- This machine has a lovely large drum size and so simple to use just chuck your items in press a coupla button and out pops your nicely dried clothes. I was surprised how well it dried after reading various reviews on other machines
- Bad points:
- If I had to be nit-picky it looks like the plastic fluff filter could break after a while of being opened and closed or wear from fatigue. If I where Hoover I would replace botton part with proper hinges and some sort of shielded clips (So clothes don't snag) at the top

- Good points:
- Simple buttons, big condenser collection bottle at the front of the machine
- Bad points:
- Malfunctioned constantly from a few months after purchase (stopping and flashing lights for no apparent reason). Had 4 engineer's visits that failed to solve the problem within the first 12 months (different bloke every time who said the last one was wrong). Beware manufacturer's 'guarantee' for free parts for 5 years - you have to pay very high labour costs (£160-180) to get them to come and fit the 'free' part. You cannot simply have spares sent. After owning for less than 2 yrs with sporadic performance, the seal has dropped out of the door. On trying to replace it we found the construction to be shockingly bad. Never again. Not this retailer and not this manufacturer either!!

- Good points:
- I have found the product to dry quickly. It is not noisy, the drum can hold a load so there is no need to split the drying in two. I have noticed a change in my electric bill so difinately energy efficient. I have recommended this product to all my friends. I can safely say this is good value for the money spent.
- Bad points:
- The only problem that I seem to find is that once again the plug has fused around the plastic fitting, this may not just be a case of a slight fault with the drier. Apart from that this is far better than the previous drier I had which was quite noisy. I could only use it during the day, unlike this one which i can use late evening or at night. This does not disturb my neighbour.

- Good points:
- It is energy efficient, has a large capacity, a delayed start capability and the programme choice is good. It dries the clothes well
- Bad points:
-
It was marked down on "Ease of use" solely because the water reservoir is not as accessible as some as you have to remove the bottom flap completely and grovel about on the floor (not an issue if you're young...but we're not!) That said, all the machines with more accessible reservoirs were either considerably less efficient or considerably more money.
Despite being a condenser dryer it gives off quite a bit of heat and steam but as we have nothing to compare it with it's difficult to say whether this is better or worse than other makes!

- Good points:
- Excellant value for money. My parents are elderly and disabled and needed a dryer which they both could use. It's ease of use and drum size are fantastic.
- Bad points:
- Emptying the water drawer is extremely fiddly, especially for the disabled, it's a job that I have to do!
