Just got my Hoover yesterday - had 7 for dinner on Friday evening and decided to 'save' all used dishes for first use of new machine - did I go something wrong, because when I put dishes in bottom tray and went to pull out tray to put some more dishes in, the dishes were hitting the door on the way out and back in? Initially I had to take bottom shelf out to put salt in, but it appears to have been put properly in again, as it is slides in and out smoothly with no dishes in! Someone please help!!!
