Good points:: It has good picture quality.
Bad points:: The sound quality is VERY tinny, like a computer monitor. There's literally no bass end on the sound at all unless you use external speakers or headphones. Changing channels gives "service not in use" for many channels unless you go into the EPG and surf the channels from there (in which case you can't see the picture, of course). BBC 3 and 4 have no sound, which is possibly due to the signal strength. Sometimes, changing channels simply overlays the programme information over what was there last time. It'd make a good computer monitor, frankly. However, it has cut down my TV watching and I'm more productive, so swings and roundabouts.

Good points:: Easy set-up, and excellent picture. The size makes it ideal to fit into to an area where space is limited. Remote control very user friendly.
Bad points:: The sound is rather "tinny", but that is the only aspect that detracts from its quality. I have plugged in a set of speakers which overcomes the problem.
