- Good points:
- Just as quick asa gas hob (possibly faster) and no high residual heat when cooking is completed
- Bad points:
- sometimes will not switch on for a while but this is probably me doing something wrong! no real problem as later all is well

- Good points:
-
Controlability is superb and so easy to clean.
Haven't git the timer to work yet but it's not important. - Bad points:
- Easy to turn it on while cleaning but as it doesn't get hot it's not really an issue.

Confirmed purchaser
- Good points:
- Amazing how quick it heats up. Water comes to the boil very quickly - and can then the heat can be instantly turned down. The hob surface only gets hot from heat transfer from the pans - quite bizarre to be able to put your finger on a cool ceramic surface an away inch from a hot pan. Very controllable, we replaced a gas hob and this induction hob is just as (if not more so) controlable. We are very pleased with it. Much, much easier to clean than the gas hob too!
- Bad points:
- Not really a bad point if you're prepared for it - in our case nearly all our pans didn't work with induction hobs. But we took that into consideration beforehand. If you have stainless steel pans - some work, some don't. Aluminium pans generally don't work either - unless they have a special induction hob-friendly bottom. It could be looked upon as an excuse to renew your pans!

Heather, Buckley Occupational Therapist
Score 9.0/10I am an Occupational Therapist and have recently recommended this hob to 3 clients with a disability because of the increased safety features.
I also recommend to friends / relatives without disability!!
Cheapest induction on the market in UK, but certainly not cheap in standard.
Need to replace all long-loved pots and pans!
Still a dear option comparative to alternative types of gas / electric hobs, so remain out of reach of many.
