Price. Five year guarantee. Ease of use and varied programs. Compared with the Indesit it replaced it's a dream machine. I am extremely happy with it.

- Bad points:
- Developed a fault within 24 hours of installation, Fagor never responded to our emails and messages and refused to exchange it. After 10 days the washing machine developed a further fault which they had never heard of. I now have to wait 3 days for an engineer to come and repair an appliance which is 11 days old. The powder drawer pops out of its own accord and once closed you can't see the programmes

it wasnt particularly noisy when in use but it was so tempramental we got rid of it after a fortnight
