- can't get to the dvd menu at all, and some disney dvds just don't play on it. the dvd player makes a constant hissing noise as it is playing and makes a very loud growling noise as it opens or closes with a dvd.

- The picture quality and size f the tv is pretty good for the price of the television.
- Bad points:

The screen is loose in one corner and falls backwards, the sound quality is very poor and there is no difference between having it at 20 percent or 80 percent.
I know it is refurbished but the amount of scratches around the frame makes you think it is at least a couple of years old, and there is two loose bits floating about inside the back of the tv, so whn you move it around you can here there moving side to side.
